Steps for typical repair

Let say you have a phone that requires a screen replacement, this is the process that happens

Fill in the online form

This provides us with details of the device, the nature of the repair, and anything else you feel would be useful

Receive a quotation

We will return a quote to you which you can authorise, and you will then send the item to us

Updates

We will communicate with you if we find something of concern, such as a dead battery, but if all is good, we will send you a completed notification

Payment

Simply make payment on the website using one of the many payment methods

Product return

We will carefully package your device and send to your address
  • Manage online. Everything can be done on here, including questions, tracking, quotations, and payments.
  • Friendly advice. We offer free advice with most services, either contact us here or use one of the social media icons.
  • Repair warranty. We offer a 30 day warranty on all items we repair or restore as long as the problem is related to the initial repair.
